How are orders accepted?
Place secure orders online at our website, www.parentchildpress.com, by phone toll-free at 1-866-727-3682, via email at info@parentchildpress.com, or by mail to 150 East Main Street, Suite 100, Westminster, MD 21157.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
We generally process orders within 48 hours of receipt.  Delivery time depends on the shipping method that is used.  For rush orders, please contact us

Which forms of shipping are available within the US? 
We ship orders in the most economical manner based on size and destination via UPS Ground and the United States Post Office (using Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail.) 

Do you ship globally?
Yes.  We ship orders via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail.  However, our shopping cart check-out only calculates postage for delivery within the United States.  Customers outside of the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada) will receive an email with the actual shipping charges before the order is processed and shipped.  Your credit card will not be charged until we receive an email from you approving the additional postage costs.

Which credit cards are accepted? 
Mastercard and Visa.

Is there sales tax?
We assess 6% sales tax on any orders purchased and shipped within Maryland.  Schools with a tax exempt number may submit the information on the order form to avoid being assessed sales tax.

Are my online credit card transactions secure?
Yes, we have a dual security measure in place to protect your credit card information.   

What is your return policy? 
Returns are accepted within thirty days of the date of the invoice.  Please contact us in advance of a return for authorization of the return shipment.  Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.  Returned books must be packed securely and arrive in our warehouse in perfect condition before a refund or credit is issued.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?
Please contact our customer service department.

My order is large enough to qualify for a discount but it was not calculated on my order.
Applicable discounts for quantity orders will be applied at the time of order processing and will be reflected on the order invoice.
